I
wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all the support and encouragement you
have provided to me in reaching my fitness goals. I started with you in March 1998 and
continued through October 1998. Both the fitness program and nutritional program helped me
lose the weight, tone, feel healthier, and reduce my body fat from 33% down to 21.7%. But
for personal reasons I had to leave the program.
I soon regretted that! In just 5 short months, I was back
to my original weight and inches. I didn't realize how much I enjoyed the sessions, how
much it improved my self-image and how truly you inspired me. I knew I had to come back,
and so I did in March 1999.
Though I continued to stay with the weight and aerobics
training, I didn't manage my eating habits and before long, though I had lost inches, I
was back up to 144.5 lbs. Though we did improve the toning, stamina, and overall fitness,
more improvements were needed. We discussed what I needed to do to reduce my weight. We
not only changed my workouts, but established an eating plan, which I have since
maintained.
