I’m currently starting my 5th week with Joyce
at One2One Fitness and I have really been able to notice a
difference in my physique. Actually, not just in my physical
appearance, but I simply don’t feel nearly as fatigued as
before I started my workout program.
When I first started, my goal was to tone up my body, have
more definition in my muscles and if I lose weight in the
process, that would be great too. Well, not only have I lost
pounds already, it’s very exciting to be able to wear outfits
that I couldn’t even get into four weeks ago. I also do not
get nearly as tired when I’m running up and down the sideline
of my 9-12 year old girls soccer team that I coach.
This program takes hard work and dedication and my husband
is so impressed with the way I’ve stuck with it because I
would always start a workout program “on my own” and would
never follow through. I would make up every excuse in the
world to not workout and all I was doing was hurting myself.
Or, I would start a program with girlfriends and if one person
couldn’t workout, none of us would.
By signing up with Joyce at One2One Fitness, I’ve obligated
myself and not simply because of the money I’m investing in
me, but because of the results I’ve noticed in just 4 weeks
and some people notice results sooner. I’ve always know it’s
extremely important to eat right and exercise and I’ve also
known that it’s definitely not easy to make that commitment
but it’s just like anything else, once you make that first
step, you simply get hooked and who wouldn’t be hooked on
looking and feeling great!

P.S. Joyce Should be commended for her hard work and dedication
in really making her clients feel good about themselves. No
matter what size or shape someone comes in a t, she’s dedicated
to helping them reach their “realistic” goal.
