After
trying several diets over the years with NO SUCCESS, I was wondering how was I going to
lose the extra weight from my second child (April 2000). With the help of my husband, I
was introduced to Joyce and One 2 One Fitness. During the intense individualized fitness
sessions, Joyce is very supportive, encouraging and persistent. I have enjoyed my sessions
with Joyce so much, that I have increased my sessions from 3 times a week to 4 times a
week.
