Thank
you for your support, encouragement, and expertise. After only two and one half weeks of
training, I've made wonderful progress, both physically and mentally. This is primarily
due to your great motivational skills and your desire to help me make some needed changes
in my life.
I have carefully followed the suggested eating plan,
worked out with you four times per week and at your recommendation, have also done 30
minutes of cardiovascular exercise on the other three days. This regimen has resulted in a
loss of more than 20 inches (with 4 inches off my hips!).
The changes in my physical appearance are important, but
I am especially grateful for the positive changes in my self-esteem and self-confidence
that have come while working out with you.
Thank you for providing the impetus that I needed to make
some improvements in my life. Your help and dedication are greatly appreciated, and your
training skills have been invaluable. I look forward to the weeks ahead as I make even
more progress!
