Dear Joyce and One 2 One Clients,

   See Photos Below Thank you so much for coming into the lives of my husband and 1. Bill and I have changed tremendously, inside and out, since meeting you and joining One2One Fitness at the end of December 1999. You are a great motivator and the camaraderie we have found at One2One is truly amazing.

     Our story is short and so very sweet. Last spring I was in a jump rope contest at school. We had a competition among the teachers. After 198 jumps I nearly fell to the floor from exhaustion. I was feeling good about my 198 jumps until I was told the winning teacher had around 400 jumps (she was a marathon runner). I realized that 198 jumps were not as many as I thought.

     Last summer Bill and I joined a local athletic club. We were given sixty days with a personal trainer for free. I met with my trainer three days a week for one-hour sessions and I worked out at least one (sometimes two) additional day(s) on my own. I felt better about myself because I knew I was trying to make myself healthier and more fit. By the end of the sixty days I was no longer feeling so good. I was working myself to death and not seeing results. Needless to say, I stopped going to the club altogether.

     In December, my husband saw an ad for One2One Fitness. We had our nutritional with Joyce and signed a twelve-week contract. We were still not 100% motivated. However, after our first session, we were both so exhausted we knew we were hooked. This was exhaustion different from any other we had experienced. It was mixed with motivating energy, which forced us to return. We work out with Joyce and One2One in one-hour sessions, three days a week.

     For potential clients that want to see numbers, here you go:

Feb. 1999: lost jump rope contest-198 jumps-stopped due to exhaustion
Dec. 1999: joined One2One Fitness-best fitness decision ever made
Feb. 2000: WINNER of teacher jump rope contest-460 jumps-tripped and had to stop, due to rules
Dec. 1999-June 2000:
  • abs down 7.75 inches
  • waist down 4.5 inches
  • hips down 4.75 inches
  • thighs down 3 inches each
  • body fat percentage down 8%

     Thanks to Joyce and all the friends we have met at One2One Fitness, Bill and I look and feel like brand new people. We have more energy now than we did in college. We are healthy eaters, have toned bodies, and in the best shape we have ever been in. Thank you Joyce and all our comrades at One2One Fitness who keep us motivated.
