   See Photos Below For one year now I have unsuccessfully tried to lose unwanted pounds gained through childbirth from over a year ago. I've tried various diets, used infamous home aerobics tapes, even went as far as to fast for five days--needless to say that nothing seemed to work. Not only was I tired of eating the same foods day in and day out, I knew that I had a problem with self motivation. I found it hard to want to workout daily, or even every other day. Not to mention that with an active newborn I didn't have time to prepare three meals daily, so I often failed my diet by going to fast food restaurants because they're so cheap and convenient.

     Then one day my luck changed for the better, I had just left the drive through line at McDonald's when I saw Joyce's sign "One 2 One Personal Fitness" across the way. I got her number and called that same day. We setup an appointment to meet and I loved what I heard. She promised quick and effective results and would even allow me to set up a payment plan. Right then I made the commitment to join her program.

     After only one workout and weekend of eating right, I noticed a dramatic decrease in my waistline and abdomen. On my fourth visit I was again measured and I had already lost 2 3/4 inches off my waist and 4 inches off my hips, even my arms and neck were visibly and measurably smaller. All that after just one week! Working out now is fun and easy and I no longer have to worry about lack of motivation because her class has such a high level of morale and the energy that fills the room keeps you going - you can even work-out with a partner if you like. I'm looking slimmer daily and compliments are coming left and right, and I owe it all to Joyce and her One 2 One Fitness Training Program.
