I
am proof that the program really works!! I have been a member for one year now and I have
dropped 8 sizes. WOW!! I can't tell you how pleased I am. With Joyce's help and God's
grace I have reached my goal. Personal Fitness is a way of life for me now and forever. To
look at my before picture and to see me now, I am a changed person. I am no longer
depressed or ashamed of my appearance. I don't know how to thank Joyce and One 2 One
enough for coming into m life and changing my soul. I love you Joyce for caring and always
being there to be a positive yet stern force in my life.
One 2 One is not only a place of business, it is also a
place of love. The clients at One 2 One are ordinary people with the same goals in mind
and that is to live a healthier life and to lose weight. I love One 2 One because it
doesn't matter what you look like, what kind of clothes you wear or what your status may
be, what matters is that we all support each other. We also have some compassion for all
the potential clients that walk through the door. For all the future clients, please open
your mind to the possibility. You will not be sorry!! It is well worth the sweat and
