Goals

Rules for achieving your goals:
  • Know that I have your best interest at heart
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
  • Reading while walking the treadmill could reduce your agility and speed
  • Listening to music while doing aerobic activities such as treadmill, aerobic, bicycle or Stairmaster is highly advised
  • Make an effort to attend all scheduled class sessions
  • Be prepared to work and have fun
  • Exercise aerobically at least 4, preferably 5 times weekly
  • Treat yourself to your favorite meal once weekly
  • Weigh yourself once a month alongside me

Mission Statement

     One 2 One is a fitness program for anyone who is seeking continuous improvement of their physical health. I believe that I can make a positive difference in the quality of life for all members by providing exceptional training to adults and children. The primary mission of One 2 One is to help each member reach their individual fitness goal through small group training and positive motivation.
Focus:
The consequence for not following or maintaining your fitness plan is unachieved fitness goals. My responsibility is to show you the avenue by which you can achieve your fitness goals; your responsibility is to travel it in accordance to your fitness plan. Reaching your fitness goal is a great cause for celebration!!
