Rules
for achieving your goals:
- Know that I have your best interest at heart
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
- Reading while walking the treadmill could reduce your agility and speed
- Listening to music while doing aerobic activities such as treadmill, aerobic,
bicycle or Stairmaster is highly advised
- Make an effort to attend all scheduled class sessions
- Be prepared to work and have fun
- Exercise aerobically at least 4, preferably 5 times weekly
- Treat yourself to your favorite meal once weekly
- Weigh yourself once a month alongside me

Mission Statement
One 2 One is a fitness program for anyone who is
seeking continuous improvement of their physical health. I believe that I can
make a positive difference in the quality of life for all members by providing
exceptional training to adults and children. The primary mission of One 2 One
is to help each member reach their individual fitness goal through small group
training and positive motivation. |
